Initial Psychological Consultation

Service Description

This first session is a space for you to explore whether I’m the right practitioner for your needs. Together, we’ll clarify any goals you may have, begin making sense of what’s been happening, and co-create an effective therapeutic plan. You’ll receive a short-written summary and personalised plan by email within five working days, outlining our focus and next steps. This plan may include the frequency and duration of sessions, recommended therapeutic approaches (such as CBT, DBT, or integrative methods), and any pastoral or lifestyle suggestions that may support your healing. You may also choose to book an extended initial consultation that includes a full naturopathic assessment. This more comprehensive option offers personalised recommendations across nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and lifestyle to support emotional and physical wellbeing and is also provided in written form as a comprehensive treatment plan. Clients find this extremely beneficial in addressing physical symptoms, as well as targeting emotional feelings and re-setting the nervous system. This might translate to feeling calmer/ more regulated, perkier, sleeping better, and having more energy. In-time naturopathic interventions such as homeopathy and herbal medicine support the body back to a natural state of health and balance. To book the combined naturopathic and psychotherapeutic assessment, please select 'Combined Initial Consult'. This is reduced in price by £50 when combined. Please note that an initial psychotherapy consultation is 50 minutes duration. A combined naturopathy and psychotherapy consultation is 75 minutes in length.
