Service Description
This follow-up appointment is for clients who have previously attended an initial naturopathy assessment with Philippa Williams. If you are purchasing a specific protocol (e.g. Depression or Anxiety or Parasite Cleanse) it is possible to book this appointment without having a full initial assessment. For those with more than two issues or complex concerns, please schedule a double appointment. Any modifications to your initial treatment plan will be communicated via email. Refund Policy Due to the nature of personalised services, refunds are not issued once a session has taken place. Cancellations made more than 48 working hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 working hours in advance are regrettably non-refundable. For bookings made outside the website (e.g. via email), payment must be completed at least 48 working hours before the appointment time. If payment is not received by this time, the appointment may be cancelled or offered to someone else. For digital downloads and info sheets, all sales are final unless access is blocked by a technical error—in which case, screenshots and supporting evidence must be provided. For memberships and packages, no refunds are available.
