RETREATS
A restorative space for clients and practitioners. These personalised retreats combine psychological depth, natural beauty, and thoughtful pacing—creating the conditions for reflection, recovery, and meaningful change.

Psychotherapy Retreats & Programs
Retreats offer an immersive space for focused psychological work, reflection, and restoration—held in beautiful, private settings that support depth, perspective, and meaningful change. Philippa offers bespoke residential programmes for individuals, couples, or small groups, typically over three to seven days. Each retreat is carefully designed around your needs and may include integrative psychotherapy, nature-based sessions, TRE®, somatic work, mindfulness, and animal-assisted therapeutic approaches. Whether you are navigating a life transition, emotional overwhelm, trauma recovery, or simply seeking space away from the pressures of daily life, a retreat can provide the time and containment needed for deeper therapeutic work. Accommodation options are flexible to suit different preferences and budgets. Enquiries are welcomed in confidence to explore what might be possible.

What a Retreat can Offer
Every retreat is unique. Some provide quiet space for rest, reflection, and nervous system recovery. Others offer more structured psychological work or trauma-informed therapeutic exploration.
A retreat may include:
• One-to-one psychotherapy sessions
• Nature-based psychotherapy
• Equine-facilitated therapeutic work
• TRE® and somatic approaches to nervous system regulation
• Mindfulness and reflective practices
• Therapeutic journaling and guided reflection
• Time in nature — including forests, waterfalls, coastal environments, or culturally significant landscapes
• Optional clinical supervision or reflective consultation for practitioners
All retreats are delivered with care, confidentiality, and clinical integrity, grounded in evidence-based practice and deep respect for the healing potential of nature.
Locations include the UK, Europe, and the Caribbean.
