A 50-minute consultation to explore your key physical, emotional, or lifestyle concerns. Includes a tailored naturopathic treatment plan delivered within 48 hours—covering natural remedies, nutrition, and lifestyle support. Covers up to 3 issues. Complex concerns may require a longer session. Should you feel you'd like to explore psychotherapy sessions as an option; or emotional, trauma or other related issues in more depth; booking the combined Naturopathy and Psychotherapy initial Consultation would be advantageous: This more comprehensive option offers personalised recommendations for psychotherapy, to support emotional and psychological wellbeing and is also provided in written form as a full treatment plan. Clients find this extremely beneficial in addressing physical symptoms, as well as targeting emotional feelings and re-setting the nervous system. This might translate to feeling calmer/ more regulated, perkier, sleeping better, and having more energy. In-time naturopathic interventions such as homeopathy and herbal medicine support the body and mind back to a natural state of health and balance in conjunction with psychotherapeutic modalities. To book the combined naturopathic and psychotherapeutic assessment, please select 'Initial Combined'. This is reduced in price by £25 when combined. Please note that an initial psychotherapy consultation is 50 minutes duration. A combined naturopathy and psychotherapy consultation is 80 minutes in length.

Cancellations made more than 48 working hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 working hours in advance are regrettably non-refundable. For bookings made outside the website (e.g. via email), payment must be completed at least 48 working hours before the appointment time. If payment is not received by this time, the appointment may be cancelled or offered to someone else. For digital downloads and info sheets, all sales are final unless access is blocked by a technical error—in which case, screenshots and supporting evidence must be provided. For memberships and packages, no refunds are available.
