"The time with the horses was followed by an amazing forest bathing experience. It was refreshing to be in this magical, outdoor environment, and to listen to the sounds of the forest, while taking in the sights and also being led in guided meditation by Philippa’s soothing voice. The most impactful moment for me was the tree hugging exercise. Holding on to something so tall, firm, and steady made me feel safe and grounded, as I was sheltered from the rays of the sun. It was a reminder of the power and magic of nature, and the ways in which it can heal us and bring us back to ourselves.
Philippa was an amazing facilitator throughout, and was fully present, attentive, calming and kind. This retreat and experience created a safe space for me to reconnect with nature and with myself".

"A Miracle Turnaround – Thanks to Philippa. Two years ago, I was in pieces — my beloved pony had gone down with serious laminitis, and I felt completely helpless. I remember being in tears, not knowing how to help him or if he’d even make it.
